Values starting the action

InfériLower Lex,8h > 80 dBA ou Lpc > 135 dBC

Higher Lex,8h > 85 dBA ou Lpc > 137 dBC

Exposure limit values (individual guard included)

Lex,8h > 87 dBA ou Lpc > 140 dBC

The standard of reference to determine noise exposure in work environment is Standard NF IN ISO 9612 (2009) which includes/understands several successive stages :

• Work analyzes,

• Select one of the three measurement strategies : by task, by trade(or function), by day,

• To plan and carry out measurements,

• To control the errors and measurement uncertainties,

• To calculate and have the result with its uncertainty.
