A set of statutory texts applies to the field of noise prévention in buildings :

• Decree dated on June 30th, 1999 relative to the residential buildings specification

• Decree dated on June 30th, 1999 relative to the acoustic regulation enforcement

• Decree dated on April 25th, 2003 relative to the noise limitation in the educational establishments

• Decree dated on April 25th, 2003 relative to the noise limitation in the health care institutions

• Decree dated on April 25th, 2003 relative to the noise limitation in the hotels

• Circular dated on April 25th, 2003 relative to the acoustic regulation enforcement of the other buildings

Acoustic study :

The acoustic study relates to the definition of materials to be implemented to meet the regulation and the recommendations in terms of :

• Sound insulation with respect to the external noises

• Insulation between buildings with respect to the airborne noises

• Insulation between buildings with respect to the impact sounds

• Acoustic correction inside the rooms

• Noise level of the equipments

• Acoustic impact with respect to the residents.
